Babies and young children requiring a cot or small bed up to age 8 sharing with 2 adults - £10. Price includes tea or coffee on arrival, wireless broadband internet access, full breakfast and much more. Sorry, we do not accept pets.

Cancellation Policy - While we make every effort to relet a cancelled booking, please note that we will hold you liable to pay full costs on any bookings cancelled within 7 days in advance of arrival. As a result we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
